The New Mexico Department of Public Safety is committed to providing the very best possible service to our citizens. In the event you feel that we may have failed to meet that standard or that we may have exceeded your expectations, you may file a formal citizen compliment / complaint, either in person, by mail, by telephone or on-line.

Your compliment/complaint will then be directly delivered to our department's Standards Office. Please note that you can also use the on-line reporting system to commend an officer for exemplary conduct of performance.
